1) ARE NOT DEPENDENT ON CITY LIMOUZINE FOR THEIR SUPPLEMANTARY INCOME
2) DO NOT REQUIRE THEIR CAPITAL INVESTMENT IMMEDIATELY. THEY CAN WAIT FOR A LONGER TIME TO RECOVER THEIR DUES.
3) HAVE AN AXE TO GRIND (PERSONAL VINDICATION OR GREIVANCE) AGAINST THE COMPANY DIRECTORS.
4) THINK THE COMPANY DIRECTORS HAVE MISHANDLED THE FUNDS AT THEIR DIPOSAL.
5) THINK BY OPPOSING THEY WILL BECOME MARTYR OR HEROES.
6) FEAR THAT BY SAYING “YES” THEY WILL LOOSE THEIR INVESTMENTS.
7) THINK THEY CAN DICTATE THEIR OWN TERMS.
8) THINK THAT THE SCHEME OF COMPROMISE IS PEANUTS.

4) THINK THAT THE INVESTORS FUND WAS NOT MISHANDLED. IT WAS CIRCUMSTANTIAL & DUE ECONOMIC CRUNCH & GLOBAL MELTDOWN
5) THINK SERIOUS DAMAGE WAS DONE DUE TO INTERFERENCE OF THE CENTRAL & STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
6) SUPPORT MR. MASOOD FOR HIS VALIANT EFFORTS TILL TODAY & BELIEVE HE IS AN HONEST BUSINESS MAN.
7) THINK THEY WILL BENIFIT IN SOME WAY WHEN THE COMPANY RECOVERS.
8) THINK BY LENDING SUPPORT THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR DUTY.

10) THINK THAT THE SCHEME OF COMPROMISE IS FAIR TO ALL.
YOU CAN ADD YOUR OWN REASONS TO THE LIST
BUT DON’T FORGET AT THE MEETING VENUE
1) YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN
2) MAINTAIN PEACE AND ORDER.
3) CANNOT AFFORD TO BE ARGUMENTATIVE WITH YOUR FELLOW BRETHREN, WHEN HIS VIEW DIFFERS FROM YOURS.
4) NO LAST MINUTE CANVASSING AT THE VENUE.
5) HEAR THE VOICE OF THE SPEAKER WHEN HE/SHE IS SPEAKING, RATHER THAN RAISE YOUR OWN VOICE.
6) THOSE WHO OPPOSE SHOULD REALISE THEY CAN LIVE FOR ANOTHER DAY, BUT VOTE AGAINST THE MOTION TODAY.
At this moment! All of us must be looking forward - a little bit anxious, a little bit worried - to the meeting on 14th & 15th Oct. Well prepared with our stands, some realistic, some too optimistic and some too negative. Every one having something to say! Doubters will always remain doubter? Rarely able to make their own decision. Fence sitters will always wait to see which is the winning or losing side and then they will decide rarely based on rationality a situation demands. But always justifying their actions.
As the picture is not clear, till today. Very few investors have really understood why the whole exercise is called for? Why the meeting is being held? And what is in store for us? Whether the company is in red? Whether Mr. Masood is playing game? All doubts should vanish on 14th.
But one thing is certain we hold the future of the company in our hands. We must comefoward. At the time of the meeting, keep our eyes & ears open. Be rational and practical and ready to shift from our pre-conceived decision we had taken, if necessary.
THE ONLY CRITERION SHOULD BE “HOW BEST WE SHALL BE BENEFITED?"
Whether we should get our investments back? Whether the company can continue to repay our monthly cheques as before or whether we can accept some new formula, formulated by the company? We should be open to all such questions. When will the payments roll out?
Is city Realcom & City Limouzine being amalgamated? Why is restructuring necessary? Should be the question Mr. Masood should come forward & explain?
Will all the players & agencies who were equally responsible for this episode for the past 2 months – APOLOGIZE - for the Sufferings, Pains, Heartaches And Anguish they caused to all the investors and their family members ….. ??????????????????
