I purchased a 8 GB Pen Digital Video Recorder with Spy Camera via Indiaplaza online stores in June 2009 via order number 050620090390.
The product has been defective right from day one. This was sent back to their service team in Indiranagar, bangalore with lot of frustration on June 24th. It is 45 days and I haven’t got a refund of the product from India Plaza yet despite my repeated warnings and no senior management executive talks to me despite my daily reminders to their support alias. They may need a different treatment.
The service and support is pathetic and every time they ask to provide a feedback on the call which is a nuisance and does not meet the expectations of the customer. The service executives and infact and infact the entire company is inept to be in business. Please do not shop with them anymore.
