I got stuck by indiaplaza service

I order mobile galaxy R order nunber IN2612110970 on 26 dec, on 27 Dec they show  item ship and give consignment no. but my order was not there for more than 4 days then I check for ff site to track and they said RTO, becoz of writing wrong city an wrong address.


Since then I daily call the customer care and they say product is not returned and when it returned on 5 Jan then I said to reship it, they say it would be done in day or two but same service of indiaplaza they didn’t ship till 9 Jan.


Then I cancel;ed my order through phone and crap token system which never got reply and today is 18 Jan and I’m calling daily for refund or cancellation confirmation but are they telling same thing bear with us 2 more days. I bear with you for two days it got over like a month and they have no planning of refunding my money...I got stuck by the service of indiaplaza. Not even reviewed by indiaplaza....huh
