ha ha,,see who are saying it takes 8-9 days to reflect,, i'm trying for last 17 days for just cancelling and after that refund would normally take 6-7 days, but here we deal with indiaplaza so it would take months for you to reflect back your money.. their service is crap.. waiting for my order t read more...

indiaplaza representatives are train to tell lies alwaysthey never cancel or refund about you forgot i'm trying just to cancel the order for more than 15 days,, they just saying we regret and processing.

hey dude i'm also stuck in the same condition i have orderd on 26/12/11 bt they didnt ship and when i cancel order on 9/1/12 even till today i.e 24/1/12 they didnt give any confirmation what case with refund if they didnt give confirmation.. i'm calling daily to cc they say bear with us for next 2 d read more...

order no IN2612110970 ordered galaxy R first they ordered in wrong adress and when it received to them then they did not reship the item ,,when i say to cancel on 9 jan then till today no confirmation and no response by customer care i call them daily and they say same thing deptt. is processing. i read more...
