But in the 'Pros', I wrote 'Good Services', 'Good-Show Concern' for the comparative services with public sector banks. Good Service also include 'Tension Free Atmosphere'. Well as far as lazy staff is concerned, almost all of the Indian Public Sector banks have similar, lazy and rude, staff. But as privatisation increases, they are forced to improve their services.
