Finally the received a call from Ebay who mentioned the claim is approved...Awaiting the money to come back in then account. Had a very bad and extreme experience from 'Frankdeal2012' one of the sellers on Ebay from Mumbai.... Be careful people of this seller. Be careful if she appears with a diffe read more...
It looks like Ebay is least bothered about the customer worries. It is extremely disappointing.

I can see the product was delivered but dealer wants to take his own time to confirm...what he is interested in is that i shud change the feedback for them to close the refund faster!!! I would have expected a faster closer and believe me they would have got a feedback without even asking.

Finally, the claim has been processed and i hope it gets closed asap.
Ebay team seems to be very busy and do not have time to attend the request. I tried reaching the dealer over the email and he was very prompt with his response probably because he wanted to say that whatever ebay decides he will follow it and he knows that will take ages to sort the issue. It is been 4 days now however there is no sign of any action on the same. I still cant see the claim status online neither do i have got any call from the team. Just to mention, i did receive a text msg once but no movement ever since then.
It has been a very sad experience interacting with Tikona...Still the issue is not been resolved and they really do not want to monitor themselves if things are working fine. Call us when you have issue...very sad customer service team...
