I see almost every one is telling bad experience with customer care guys. After all, these are just small income group working. They dont have a right to act or escalate. Hope the company takes step to ensure call back and confirmation from other quality control guy. The customer should be reachable read more...

I terminated the connection. it has very worst customer service and follow up. I was not resolved of my problem and now i got another network which is goood
I have finally decided to terminate the connection. Useless service provider. Who ever reads this review please have a look on the lenghth of the issue. Please do not go for Reliance if you need my advice.
Yesterday one person called again from social media. The Person again asked the satandard question that every one els has already asked. Terrible is again the employee is telling all the previous employees did not understand .
30 days and counting.. Want to see the appellate authority fail . I am still helpless
Evn appellate authority can not resolve an issue more than 7 days.. I am very upset over the service and definitely do not recomend any one. I will keep posting on Reliance services always..
