They removed the fake profile immediately. I was actually impressed. They emailed me about the removal but I was checking the shaadi email system.
I emailed them about a fake profile. I am yet to hear a response back from them. They really should be more serious about protecting members on their site.

Shaadi.com gets you in front of people. That is all it can do. It can not make the match for you unfortunately. You can not blame them for the people it put in front of. That is why I consider that it works.
Not trying to make fun of marriage. However, shaadi.com in the US has become a dating site and not a matrimonial site for many members. Other users are trying to make friends.
