Actually, after driving the SKODA RAPID MT for almost 3 years and 71000+ KM's, believe that this is one of the best cars in this segment- but with one of the worst service back up. The car has been sent to Concorde Motors on ECR Road for 3rd Service on 26th December 2011 after a road side break down. TIll date it has not been delivered back! tata and Concorde are totally unresponsive- SUGGEST NEVER EVER BUY A TATA VEHICLE!
Its unbelievable! The car got delivered a good 18 days after it went for its 30K service- came back without the music system and Blue and Me working! Absolutely no question of any exaggeration. Concorde have given me a lifetime guarantee for any leakage in the Fuel tank and for any problem with AC.
