All my sympathies with the tragedy, but what is this thing aiming at? Someone wanting to be sensational? Come on guys, this thing seems too silly! I feel 'copied' is a very harsh word. In most of Pancham's songs, he used to take the opening lines of the song and then explore it on his own. This can also be seen in the Sholay number- 'Aaj jab tak hain'. By the way, the Iranian singer was Googoosh. As you said, 'Inspired' is a more apt word. read more...
As for Gabbar...get this! He started the trend. Many villains followed him...the audience had an overdose of it...and then, after being tired of all those loudmouths, you are seeing Gabbar Singh.
