Yadavjee get a customer care number that actually works. Install the chat option on your website only if you can afford to have realtime agent willing to assist and not just for the sake of preinstalled website package.

Sorry guys, for some reason I didnt recieve the notification of this response from snapdeal. This issue isn't fixed.
