There must be any problem with your bike, as my fz is 1 yr old, am riding always in double to my company, still able to get 41-42 mileage. Did you follow properl run-in for first 1000kms ? I own fz, still getting 41-42 kmpl in double riding, which is less, but I am not getting any of the above problems. My friend has got this sz-x bike, he is also getting 45 kmpl without any problem. Myself ridden this bike, i must say it is more comfortable than fz,

Do not know how you are getting so less mileage from 125cc mill. I have fz, ridden 10k kms, still getting 41-42 kmpl from this bike, always riding in double, 70-80 speed, and everyday in heavy traffic in 1st and 2nd gear.

I bought FZ on 16th october. I followed proper run-in period, did not speed more than 60-65kmph till 500kms. Before first service I got 55kmpl. After first service it is giving between 45 to 50kmpl. Smoke will come from the engine part till first week. At 4000 rpm your bike should be around 55kmph. I drove upto 60kmph till 600kms. It gave me 55kmpl before first service. My last 3 mileage is 47, 45, 50kmpl. I have done full tank last 3 times and ride at different speeds with 107kmph max.

who told you it will give you 60 mileage??? you will get max 55 if you ride it in lean mode and ride it very leisurely.

You can add kick if you want, yamaha charging 350 rs for kick, I saw one fazer with kick in my company today.

Oh I thought Gladiator has 5 gears, the first bike to offer 5 gears in 125cc, may be you would have missed first gear below neutral.

Splendour has come in 1994, still it has good market, so bike has proved itself, still people love this bike, its refinement.
