In all fairness, I would like to add that SpiceJet officials replied personally to my complaint, stating there was not much they could do about the delay that day. Must say, that pacified me!
True...I agree. However, I think as passengers we should have more options than to lose money either way, in situations like this. For example, airlines should offer a full refund in case of delays over an hour. I know, I live in utopia...
