The same Amazon had done to a friend of mine who bought refrigerator on offer during The Great Amazon Festival and the product was not even shown to him even after he requested to show the damage happened in transit. This is a kind of NEW STRATEGY IN CHEATING BY AMAZON.
Finally i received the product on October 23, 2017. The worst ever purchase i have done online. I would highly recommend not to buy any products from Eureka Forbes website.
More than a month of the orders, still there are no updates. I do call the customer care , and always i get a reply that the product will be dispatched soon. They are also not refunding the money.
I called the customer care again today, and they are not mentioning a specific date. Finally after enquiring it was informed that it would take another one week, because the product is not in the nearest warehouse. That's what i too try to ask, why are you receiving the amount if you cant delive read more...
Even after 15 days from the mentioned delivery date, i have'nt received the product or any response from Eureka Forbes, just a call from customer care and then nothing. What action have you taken in the past 3 weeks. I need a response.

VACCUM cleaner not yet received even after a month
Unable to solve issue till now, asked time from July 21st, then 25th, then 28th, now they are asking time till 31st July. Unable to find a solution for the past 15 days, and now I feel it's a good process TO ROTATE MONEY FROM CUSTOMER. Nice job Flipkart.
Threatening calls from Flipkart to cancel the order. What's happening in e_ commerce
Flipakart backend team called me at 5:17 pm today and ordered me to cancel the order, or the order will be cancelled automatically. They have rotated my money for 15 days and while i asked them why they didnt informed on day 2 or day 3, there was no answer . Whats next???

Dear Rana, This wont be the first time that the RTO is not allowing you to enter the city, in such cases you need to remove that dropping point. Also the dropping point was on the Vannarpet by-pass, and not inside the town. So please don't try to fool a customer. I dont think i am having a go read more...
