This issue has not been resolved. Pl call me at 09989047746. Nothing short of a full refund of what I paid or sending original products (not the duplicate ones you sent earlier) will result in issue resolution. Once a year you appear and mouth platitudes.

I second this review. I paid advance for an SX4 to true value dealer in Hyderabad. I insisted on service records before I paid the money in full. Suggest people read the post before posting the comments. This post was only on the promptness of service and not on the product per se. Read the last sentence one more time. I expect some level of maturity in readers of these sections. Disappointing to read post from people like Kgbakthtiani.
