I fully agree...its been 42 days since I have applied for a demat and there is no response but only excuses..their service sucks!!
I totally understand and agree with your experience. Its been 42 days since I applied for an online account and I'm in the same boat. All I hear from them is different excuses for rejecting the application despite submitting all valid documents. Thanks for sharing your experience
