Hey Ashish- Chill. See, in India at least, no one, not even your fixed broadband gives you the promised speed cos those are ADSL. Also, for normal browsing 300-600 kbps is super good. Strongly disagree. You probably have to talk to the person you got the modem from to check if it has any defect. Also, it gets disconnected while you are traveling not otherwise.

@ Pranay- got it! I did not have any problems with the billings so far. But most of my friends are not happy with Tata Indicom Broadband service though!

Apparently, the set up is pretty easy, you can call the customer care to help you set up the device all over again in case u happen to format this your PC or want to use it on another laptop or PC
But I feel that Photon+ is a great product with the limited options that we have!
