Same thing happened to me; Wrong model delivered; they are reluctant to do a reverse pick-up now; i'v also sent snapshots of the wrong model via e-mail..

I Ordered a stethescope from healthkart on Dec 25th 2013. Got a wrong model delivered on 27th Dec 2013. They said they will arrange a return pick up, but will not give a definite answer on when it will happen, everytime i called them to ask about the return pick up, they said 'within 24 hours'.. its read more...
