Puneet , first of all i am not a reliance employee i am a student of class 11th . Do you use reliance netconnect+???? I am sure you dont, because if you did you will always know it that they will never hurt your self respect. I am a student and I am not at a very high very respectable post, but stil read more...

No, the netconnect+ also works on the 1x network u just have to change settings for that. And if u have such a problem then better go back to the customer care centre(the same one from where u bought it)and ask them to install the device properly.
