The ombudsman for royal sundaram is useless and doesn t work at all. First time, the email was simply forwarded to royal sundaram. Second time, nothing happened. Not even a reply. I am now looking for legal advice to get back the claim amount
Yes. the problem was fixed completely but at a later time. The people who installed the AC had little product knowledge or installed the ac not so properly. My sister and her family had to shift their home and called customer service and specifically said not to send in the earlier crew. This time a read more...
