Thank you for bringing to our attention... Really Ronnie? It took 4 years for this to come to your attention? I guess that's enough validation of your member services! 4 year resolution for a complaint!

Hi, I faced a similar problem with limited or no connectivity. Whenever I complained, the service guy turned up, fixed it and the connection was not working again after a few days. I asked them to disconnect my internet, and then they have sent me a bill for the days I didnt even use the internet. read more...
