Well defiantly not a fan, but reasonable in complaining. The SMS and online both work very well , been more than 4 months of experience to say something like that. The service might not be overwhelming but surely not pathetic .
Well the business is a start up and works on a different module than movie mart. They have stores in various places so that people who are working can go to the store according to there convenience and don't have to wait for the runner. Also one can sms for the movie pick up no need to call for t read more...
