Recently I met someone who paid 2L for delay charges. While Jain housing doesnot pay the construction delay charges to the customers! Phase 2 approval itself is illegal! the whole complex is like a slum dwelling without much space in between the blocks! They showed us one attractive video and who read more...

Customer Care exists in Jain Housing? While handover they will ask more money for delay payments(less than a week), you will come to know how difficult to get your own house key?
