I agree with Mr. Gautham.....I have discussed with him....and upkar is a bl00dy fraud.... please check papers and you'll get to know there is only one conversion order for 3 layouts... if you apply thru RTI you'll find out that the layout is fraud and has no proper conversion papers... this read more...

vandana.. please please don't buy... huge problem.. please contact existing buyers who are suffering.... please don't believe upkar guys.. I also found out, they have only one approval order and they are using the same conversion order and showing it for 5 layouts.. shortly i'll me read more...
