reading all the reviews i think they have only one client... i.e. TCS. completely agree with you. first they behave politely and courteous. but when it comes to work, they behave unprofessionally and handle the fragile items badly. later on confrontation they say they don't take any responsibility of any internal technical issue due to the damage. they are just bunch o read more...
