Idea is a hopeless service provider. Their customer care are indeed a headache. Even their supervisors do not have any clue of what customer care is meant for. Really hopeless

Great that in your case they did the installation within a day. They took around a week to install it for me. While I was having issues with advance payment, they called me daily for it. Once that was done, they forgot that they need to install it as well.
