This nodal officer must be fake ploy to divert attention. I have even aproached to their legal department regarding my home loan problem. They just don't care about the existing customers. Hi Manas, many people think about time and just pay the illegal penalty. This makes the bank bold enough to go ahead and charge such amounts from customers.
