Finally after so many follow-ups and harsh review about makemytrip here, i received refund yesterday on Nov-21,2015(two months after cancellation date Sep-11,2015). At-least money is refunded now. Thanks!
Worst thing is, Every 2 days, Makemytrip is cunningly updating the status of my service request in their website to 'your action pending' without any resolution or action for me.
