Market rates are 200-250 but they are asking 400-450. Many plots are still unsold. Roads need repair. No street lights after sunset. Even after paying Annual Maintenance properties don’t seem to get sufficient care. Some properties have been broken into and vandalised.

seems that this is a culture, I faced the same, I was told that I need to come early on a weekend drive, and I came earlier than the slot given to me, and still I had to wait 2 hours, no refreshments offered, and no facility to buy my own. just sat for 2 hours like a caged bird.
