Yes its a worst co. for a married person too. They will exploit u like anything. Forget about ur family u dont even get the time to spent it with ur closed ones. Just decide wat wud u prefer most MONEY or FAMILY.

I fully agree with the comment. even I faced the same problem. And its true that it is worst co. from resource manager to CEO. Resource manager is Sadashiv Kulkarni (similar to sadashiv amrapukar :A villain of ur career :D)

U mention that synechron give more focus on hard work and ability to learn and deliver results at fast pace.....but at the same time u shud keep good relation with manager otherwise all is waste what u have done for the company.
