Hi Mmah171, When I said 'domestic help' I meant that the life is less strenuous in India. Once you reach home, you know that the daily chores would be taken care of. By no means do I ever talk down to my maids and I strongly abhor any bad treatment to any of your workers. Yes they are paid less bu read more...

Dear friends, Read my review 'India all the way' in this forum. I wrote it in Oct 2008. I actually returned to India in Jan 2009. Initially I felt the dust, grime, heat and crowds. But slowly I started enjoying here. Now I have a good senior job and very convenient lifestyle, close to parents and r read more...

The country is angry. India must extract as much information as possible out of him. We have to go to their masters. Kasab is just a pawn in the whole scheme of things. Breaking point? If we go to war, the terrorists would have achieved their purpose. We have to kill the terrorists and not the entire nation. A wide spread destruction and a possible nuclear conflict has to be avoided at all costs. So what do we do? We can't take it lying down also. Hence the economi read more...
Say no to War.
(Updated Dec 04, 2008)
War would be the worst thing to happen to the resurgent Indian economy. We must not let Pakistan or US to instigate us into any armed conflict. We must pressurise US to block all aid to Pakistan and destroy them economically. We must divert the river water from Satluj and Ravi as much as we can. W read more...

Can you name a few good hotels where you can get peace, tranquility, good food and large rooms with views for under Rs 1000 per day? If you book from Delhi, the rates are very high ( 2000 - 2500 per day) as a lot of it goes into commissions!
Commented on SrideviVidya's review
Well, Sridevi is an okay actress and her performance in 'Sadma' was good. But she is mostly remembered for that 'main nagin' song and her 'theatricals' with Jitendra. Can you put her in the top five or even top ten with the likes of Rekha and Shabana? And there are other actresses with better merit read more...
When you look at the 5 best actresses, you have to see the entire history of Indian cinema and give it a serious thought before arriving at any rating.
