It does not indicate the quality of the hospital. I am certain the hospital would have answered all those questions raised. An opinion should not be formed looking at one side of the story only.

Having been a patient in hospitals across the country, including Manipal, for treatment of major ailments, I feel the need to add my two paise! A lot of how the staff of a hospital treats you depends on how you treat them. If we are nice to them as patients and relatives, we get the best out of them read more...
