spypsy - I am just waiting to get a confirmation on the refund of my money, if they trouble me over their I am surely going to Consumer forum. Never had such a bad experience on any other e-commerce website.

ljmudit - For books, Flipkart is the best place or you should try Indiaplaza or Infibeam. Never had any issues with these sites, first tym ordered from snapdeal and facing the ordeal. Still not received any confirmation on the cancellation.
Pathetic customer support and service, I should have stayed with Flipkart...paying the price now for a mere 32 GB micro sd card. The purple version shows as sold out on Snapdeal while the black model is still ready for order.

I got a call today morning saying that the black version is not available and they would be only able to ship the white one if its fine with me. Similar case with me, booked Xperia Z on 2nd April n got a message today that there would be a delay and it would be shipped by 12th April. I am facing this same issue, my mobile was to be shipped by today but I haven't received any shipping details as yet. I am very disappointed with Snapdeal's service, this would be my first n last order from snapdeal
