Responsiveness is the key... we clearly see a case whereby the response from the bank was immediate and that to towards a satisfactory resolution..

We don't live in all fair and ideal world...so even if there are problems we need to know if they are listened to, acknowledged and further acted upon... that makes a differentiator whether it's FMCG or a bank or any other service industry. Good piece of info...

Your problem seems to be genuine, under RBI guidelines, banks have a complaint process or grivance redressal forum, would be good if u check the website of the bank n put ur complaint for redressal.
