Once again Pepperfry has not been able to keep its commitment. I received a call from there escalation team this morning and was told that the correct item that I had ordered ( A study and laptop table ) would be delivered before 3pm positively. Pepperfry order no. 301646526. I received a wrong item which I had not ordered. No issue, it was a logistic error. But after that, I have been following up several times over phone and e-mail with their customer care dept regarding when the correct item would be shipped. And the only reply that I read more...
