Just to close the loop on this. I got the insurance and it looks all good. Looks like they had some kinks in the Online system which since then Metlife has cleaned up. There were two senior people from their technology and marketing teams who called to explain what issues they had. That was very hel read more...
Glad to hear about your experience phamitus. Since I posted on Nov 12th, things have moved. A person from Metlife Marketing called and said that he would escalate the case and get things moving. They also explained that there was an error in the online system that since my application has been fixed read more...
I got a call from MetLife today and the person assured me he will get this resolved at the earliest. Will update upon resolution.
