I have also faced similar situation with ksou, nobody bothers to take the responsibility, niit pushes it to ksou, and ksou, half of the time phone is not picked up, and no body knows anything about it it has been 2yrs following up with them but without any results

I also had bad experience when i purchased a digicam from rediff.com, atish is very right in saying that rediff does not have an in house quality check, it only provides a platform for sellers to sell but does not control them, we get deceived believing that we are purchasing from rediff,
