I have the same issue in a Dell latitude few years back. Tried lot of options. However no permanent solution i could find. I stopped using it long time back. IN india they heated often, because of dust. Not much we can do except cleaning dust from Fan everymonth or so.

Have you rented it to some cab company as in 2 years 92K is not normal.

who suggested you to purchase HCL laptop. They are services/products are crappy be it in s/w or H/W. HCL does not also provide HCL laptop to it's employees as they trust their product is unreliable. God bless you.
