The same with me man..they asked to only paint corner of the bumper of my car citing reasons that other parts has minor scratches..my previous insurer used to do full bumper replacement each time i asked. Never ever go for tata aig. I am taking other insurance from this year onwards

As a side note, the customer care guy said they can't deliver a new one since the product is out of stock.just checked their site..they are selling it at higher price..no wonder they cheated me
I still can't imagine how smartly they manipulated the entire situation

same with me..the earliest shipping date was on 14th March..No shipment started yet..it seems they are heading timtara way. When everybody starts shipping (e.g. like flipkart) , then these guys will start shipping. So it's like money will lie with them until everybody else starts shipping..
