VOILAAAAAA I got my marks card I went to the university and gave some money to a person He helped to get a duplicate marks card issued.. Cant live here without the concept of bribe, even if u want to
I am still running around for the marks card. I have written letters to the university, gone to the study center multiple times, but at the end.. they are asking to apply for a duplicate marks card.
