a friend in need is a friend in deed. I am the President of this organization and managing the web portal www.consumer.org.in. My hobby is to fight for the rights of the consumer. Keeping in mind the un-ethical practices being followed by the Industry and the service providers in this competitive environment, we need this activity. Further I am a Certified Trainer and Therapist for Hypnosis. I am the CEO of Californai Hypnosis Institute - Delhi. Consumer movement through our web portal www.consumer.org.in we fight for the cause of consumerism in India and abroad. Any one can post his problem or any complaint about any product or services to us at info@consumer.org.in and we will try our best to get him justice by fighting his case with the company. it is totally honorary work. As a comapny it is not fair in its dealings with the consumers. The autjorised agents and dealers sell product at higher the price to what is prascribed as MRP. The company officials do not bother when we complaint to them. that shows a nexus among them.
