MMT used our credit card to charge us the same way, without any authorisation. We have already filed a case of 'fraud' in the Consumer Court and the final hearing is on 26-02-07. In fact our lawyer said that we should also file a case in the Criminal Court...you could--and should--do that. They have read more...

access to lounges, discounts, freebies...that's what MakeMyTrip should sell, not travel services!

'select, pay and print' DON'T make an online service great - when you DON'T get the value for that money you paid! besides, what will you do when they ABUSE your trust and MISUSE your credit card details later...think about it.

beware guys: this review is as big a fraud as the guy who wrote it. ashish gautam is the manager - quality assurance - in the delhi office of makemytrip.com and is just trying to protect his job!!
