As promised by the customer service manager of Travelguru, I still have not recvd any discount vouchers from the travel agency, is that a trick these guys follow to calm down the customer, makes me think......well it still does'nt change the perception i have of this agency.,....really sad to see th read more...
Thanks to Mouthshut.com, the customer service manager contacted me, and have advised that they had cascaded this feedback to their seniors and will take some action against this hotel, based on their findings...and not to forgot the customer service manager apologized a couple of times........ read more...
