They have contacted me and get to know the entire problem by keeping in conference with travel agent. They came to know the mistake happened from their side and told me to contact once Ms. Swati, who booked my trip comes. Later I didn't get any call from yatra. Issue was not resolved and no one has contacted me. It was showing as issue resolved
