only d2h can provide Nat Geo 3D channel in a pack of Rs - 220 only, only the condition is u should have an HD set top box.

Every D2h company does this. If U think it happens only with videocon then try others also. after the prices hike still I would say videocon has min price/channel as compared to others........

Line of sight should be clear. There should be no obstacle in the direct link. Moreover get the screws of your antenna fastened very tight.
Recently, I found one new feature about videocon remote : Favorite mode. In this 4 users can choose their favorite 20 channels.
