For 1kg rice 1.5kg chicken


First make masala


 1.onion


 2.tomato


 3.lasun


 4.adrak


 5.kothambir


 


 fry 


 karap(fried onion)  and cashews


 


 for cooking chicken


 add oil, mustard, jeera, haldi, coriander powder, tej patta, add chicken


 


 for rice 


 add briyani masala, laung, elaichi, khadi ilaichi, tej patta, 


 chicken soup 1 part - 3 parts(2 1/2)


 soak the rice in water for 10/20 mins


 


 boil rice and place separatly 


 


 saute masala(keep some for curry) add chicken 


 


 once sauted prepare for layering 


 add ghee cinamon powder rice , then chicken, then rice, chicken add chashwes and fried onions 


 


 take hot coal and add ghee and cinamon powder then place paper and close the lip with something heavy.


keep it for 30mins on low flame and then for more 10 min with flame off.
