hi to all as winter comes my father bought orpat halogen or quartz heater last year two tube model non oscillating stand still model one white colored for rs 600 with year long warranty lol warranty nothing matters as there is no warranty on core component quartz tubes etc almost not in any company in india and that often burn out and thats main bad thing in this heaters although thats another thing now comes to point what are the pros and cons : lets see
pros : light weight yes too light as see
stylish and good looking as they are available in vary colors and designs lol
there safety grill doesnt heat too much
easy to carry handles and stands some are oscillating one also thats better as they distribute heat uniformly
main thing they have 400 watt power consumtion /tube and u can choose as u want to on and off and thus light power consumption as compare to ceramic one
they provide soothing heat upto 6 feet as I feel
safet tip over switch that in case of fall of heater stop current to it
u may consider there light as night lamp lol
low price my father also bough local one with no warranty just 350 rs we are also using it
cons : heat was not best to level up ambient temp as like cermic and oil fill radient heater and thus u can just use them for just small room or best in front use
there tube doesnt last long merely in three month normal use burnt off lol although local replacement tube cost u just rs 25 to 50/tube to 100/200 per tube standard one
rest all is well to see it just like satisfactory product in some version u may get fan thats great as I thing
