Working in the metros is working without sympathy, pressurized work, getting exhausted, pollution, dirt, unnecessary commands from the boss, partiality, jelousy and so on. What can one think when in a journey to his or her office, can you imagine?. If its a job of marketing...the day to day pressures, whether getting sale or not if not why??? If a teaching job....the day to day pressure...copy corrections, test, lessons pressure would exceed like anything..If a job in call centre....besides excessive pressure, how many of the mates would be sucked out...In an administrative job...the excessive file work, scolding if he or she is not a boss or under corrupt employers. For many in metros the journey to office has a mystic experience. However some are use to it and digest stress as a part of life thinking- "one has to earn " for bread and butter. If some are not use to they try to divert by funny jokes, hearing music.....
But even in such situations there are someone who survives with less work and efforts in their job lives in the metros. Very interesting, they find out the weakness of their seniors in the office and become dear to their workplace. In such cases skill, merit, smartness, productivity fails...
To make work interesting one must enjoy what he or she is doing......thereby producing the quality work...
