What makes an individual proud of himself/herself?....... Is it the fact that people don't find anything wrong with the decisions they take or are they just too full of themselves...There might be a view that all that they did or will do in the future, will not affect their conscience at any point in time!!

There are various situations that individuals face which compels them to make a decision or to jump upon some sort of a conclusion.

When I take a decision about anything related to my life, it becomes a mandate that proper thought is provided to all the relevant options available, it also becomes quite a significant factor that the consequences of that decision will be owned up by me and no one else shall be blamed for end result.

Unfortunately, everywhere I look, people are looking just for an excuse to blame infinite number of hindrances or obstacles due to which the end result that was sighted,did not work that way!!! Isn't it a given that once u take a decision , you own up for what u have decided, stand up against all odds to make that the end result is achieved, and if it doesnt work out...then just shut up and accept the way it is......!!!

Failure in Love, people find the obvious reason to blame...the other half, rather than imploring the reasons why it didnt work and make appropriate changes to prevent the same situation again...

At work, we find all the reasons of the world to blame their failures on...right from Management, colleagues, work environment, payscale,growth, etc....however, we miss out the fact that the only factor that we have control over is ourselves and playing the blame game or mudslinging to avoid the obvious reasons of the end result not being satisfactory...

Life will always turn up the wrong way in various situations, all we can do is own up the situation, think about what can be done best to avoid any mishaps and if nothing goes according to plan, its a very respectable option to take complete ownership and not find reasons or excuses for the end result...
