I agree with cpmaragal. I also have a Videocon WM ( V-NA-400T) which we have been using for last 1o years with no problems except once. The rotor had damaged - but this too happened after 10 years - pretty normal.

P.S.:- Some people complain about the roaring sound one gets from dryers. This is because the weight distribution of clothes in dryer is uneven. Sometimes heavy or more clothes are one side while light or less clothes on other side of the tub. The tub then hits the inner walls of the dryer and creat read more...

I agree entirely. My Videocon WM (V-NA-400T) is been operational for than 10 years and only once had a problem with rotor, that too after 10 years.

Harsha, I also have a Videocon WM and I, initially, also had same problem with the dryer. Later I observed that the roaring sound is because unequal weight distribution of clothes in the dryer.
